say hi to event #3! this time, we’ll be celebrating world book day! + hosting a blind book exchange!
when: sunday, april 26 @12-2pm.
where: cherrywood treehouse art studio @ 2802 lafayette ave b, austin, tx 78722 (walk past the bright blue house, to the blue studio up the stairs!)
each ticket includes entrance to the swap + our supply table, light refreshments & a world book day themed goodie bag!
our supply table available to guests during the event: papers, stickers, glue, washi, etc. just make sure to bring yourself and your journal! (+ any materials/supplies you want to use)
book swap info:
please wrap and bring a new/gently used book or two! this could be your favorite book, your latest 5 star read, a book you would recommend to a friend, etc. (note: you will leave with the same number you bring!)
optionally, on top of the wrapping, include a few hints about the book (e.g. genre, theme/vibe, tropes, overall goodreads rating) to help other gals pick a read they’ll love!
note, the order of book picking at the event will be randomized. + don’t worry if you don’t love your pick, after the reveal, feel free to trade among yourselves!
